Electronics and equipment:
To make stunts like this possible, ARRMA engineers have given the NOTORIOUS™ a brushless drive system with Spektrum™ Firma™ 150A Smart controller and Firma™ 2050Kv brushless motor. Unleash incredible torque, acceleration and speed with this combination! The heavy-duty aluminium and steel chassis and gearbox components turn everything into pure action. For improved steering, ARRMA® installed a new steel Spektrum™ S652 digital servo - which is 32% stronger and 5% faster than the previous version's ADS-15M servo. Thanks to the waterproof electronics, driving in wet conditions like snow and mud is a go. All you need is a 4S or 6S LiPo battery of your choice.
The Ready-to-Run Stunt Truck comes with a 3-channel Spektrum SLT3™ transmitter and a Spektrum™ SR315 dual-protocol receiver. The ergonomic design of the transmitter is perfect for many hours of fatigue-free bashing and features a foam steering wheel for precise fingertip control and an improved hand grip and trigger. New riders can limit the throttle to 50% or 75% until they feel ready to use the buggy to its full potential. The SLT3™ transmitter is compatible with Tactic® SLT™ receivers. So you can also control other RTR vehicles with the transmitter! It also has a third channel that allows you to control additional functions such as lights or winches.
Because the SR315 receiver can use SLT™ and DSMR® protocols, you can easily upgrade to a Spektrum™ DSMR® transmitter later - just download the free Spektrum Dashboard™ app to your phone and take full advantage of the smart telemetry features. This gives you real-time data on ESC temperature, receiver voltage (BEC), drive battery voltage and motor speed.
Rugged construction:
The adjustable 16mm oil-pressure shock absorbers and shock absorber bridges made of aluminium literally soak up impacts and bumps as you speed your stunt truck over dirt, tar or grass. The sturdy rims are already fitted with multi-terrain dBoots® BACKFLIP™ tyres that give you the traction you need for flips, wheelies and spins. The powerful spoiler with high downforce keeps the truck on the ground. Everything about the NOTORIOUS™ 6S BLX 4WD helps keep you in control at breathtaking speeds.
To withstand the immense power of the brushless drive and the tough stunts, ARRMA® uses a reinforced and anodised aluminium chassis as the base. A central body support, aluminium centre support and plastic side panels add strength and robustness. Metal differential outputs and gears, as well as durable steel driveshafts, help the heavy-duty drivetrain withstand the toughest bashing and most extreme stunts. The backlash-free aluminium servo saver and secured ball heads give you more precision and reliability, giving you greater confidence in the steering.
ARRMA® reduces maintenance times to a minimum with the efficient and driver-friendly concept of the NOTORIOUS™ 6S BLX 4WD. An engine mount skid provides quick and easy access to the engine. The central differential is easily accessible and can be removed by loosening only five screws.
